Excellent selling experience

We couldn’t be happier with the outcome of our house sale through Lauri. We are very happy with the price we sold for, plus the settlement was executed even quicker than we had expected. We always said that if we ever sold our house, we’d sell through Lauri as she is the best local agent, knows her market well, always gets a good price for her houses and her listings are so well marketed. We were not disappointed. She is highly professional, reliable (she would answer my calls and texts promptly even when outside business hours), communicated very clearly with us, and we always felt well supported by her and confident in how capable she is. She was always very warm toward my partner and I, plus our young kids. Lauri and her marketing team did an excellent job with the photos, floor plan and listing. She also guided us through how to best stage our house using our own furniture so it ended up looking really great and the photos turned out so nice.
