I was happy that despite this being a declining market that Laurie was prepared to let me set the asking price. This turned out to be another positive because they showed my house in a very positive way and didn't show any signs of not helping me achieve that goal. Despite at one short stage l feltmaybe that was a mistake, Laurie and his team managed to get the best possible result. So l can only thank them for their professional management but also making a daunting task(for me) a lot easier that l could have asked for. So it was a win win situation for me and l'm very happy
