I didn't have very much experience around requirements off selling my home. Laurie was able to advise where necessary and also gave choices where required. He explained the process of house values and provided details of what the houses in the area had and were selling for. Laurie constantly kept me updated and was always ahead of the process. Made it easy for me.
Laurie researched the market well, discussed marketing strategies with me, answered my questions and advised me an optimum but fair price. He gave me immediate and detailed feedback after each Open Home and kept in regular contact in between times. He also suggested and trialled other marketing options. His great negotiation skills enabled me to achieve my sale price. He worked very hard for me so much so that it felt like I was his only client even though that was not the case. We highly recommend Laurie, he sold our home in Claremont recently, and he handled the sale in a manner that far exceeded our expectations, and having previously had an extensive career in the building industry shone thru with the way he conducted himself during consultations with us, as well with those who came to open homes during the short period that our home was on the market. We also appreciated his help with dealing with some council matters that needed to be sorted out prior to our settlement date, all of which happened while we was on an extended holiday overseas, and without Laurie's help and expertise as a former builder and sales consultant, we are not sure what the outcome may have been.
