Simple and easy to deal with, very down to earth. Any questions we had Laurie was able to help and with his builder background could give us a bit of advice on a couple of things as well. Would recommend speaking to Laurie if you are thinking of selling, as he gave nothing away to us when we tried discussing the other offers that we were up against. :)

We highly recommend Laurie, he sold our home in Claremont recently, and he handled the sale in a manner that far exceeded our expectations, and having previously had an extensive career in the building industry shone thru with the way he conducted himself during consultations with us, as well with those who came to open homes during the short period that our home was on the market. We also appreciated his help with dealing with some council matters that needed to be sorted out prior to our settlement date, all of which happened while we was on an extended holiday overseas, and without Laurie's help and expertise as a former builder and sales consultant, we are not sure what the outcome may have been.
