Laurie helped the reviewer buy this property

Responsive, reliable and always just a phone call away

Laurie worked alongside Braedy on our purchase in Acacia Gardens, and he was a big part of why the process went so smoothly. His communication was outstanding. Laurie was on the phone with me regularly, always picked up or called back quickly, and kept me in the loop at every step. Whenever I needed something, whether it was contract documents, or building information, or details on the property, he sent it through promptly and without any fuss. He clearly knows the Acacia Gardens market and was happy to talk through comparable sales and what to expect, which gave me confidence in my decisions. Laurie was professional, approachable and genuinely easy to deal with. Together with Braedy, he made for a great team, and I’d recommend him to anyone buying or selling in the area.
