Lawrance is kind, courteous and easy to communicate with. He helped us negotiate a quick purchase of our dream apartment in North Melbourne very close to Christmas. He was always quick to respond to us and his negotiation was fair, honest and courteous at all times. Friendly and with a sense of humour, he is young but we think that is a good thing.
