Lawrence helped the reviewer sell this property

Outstanding care and professionalism

Lawrence provided outstanding service from our first meeting through to settlement. On first meeting, his market knowledge and calm, professional demeanor were a standout. He ably guided us through preparing the property for market (no small task after 45 years), introducing reliable trades, working to a clear schedule and providing clear communication throughout. I was grateful for the practical and respectful approach - and very happy with the way the property presented on listing. The sales campaign was clear, considered and we received timely updates throughout. During the sale period, a family member passed. I cannot speak highly enough of the way Lawrence managed this - empathy, warmth, flexibility and responsiveness - he always went the extra mile to help. We were delighted to receive a very acceptable pre auction offer, removing some stress for my elderly parents. Happy to recommended Lawrence as a very impressive agent.
