Very Please with Lawrie and would defiantly use the agency again

We recently purchased a property through Lawrie Lenon and the team at Theo Poulos. Lawrie's excellent communication skills kept us informed through all aspects of the purchase. Lawrie had to firstly overcome a very challenging 'prospective' purchaser which did not come to fruition. He finally sold the house quite quickly and at a great price. On the open days he would arrive at the house early and 'warm' it as this was a winter sale and the house was unoccupied.
