We went with Laurie as he was located close to our home at Winmalee and didn't just assume he would get our business. We think he did an excellent negotiation job selling our house over our expectation. The service from Chapman Real Estate was professional.

I found Lawrie a friendly and knowledgeable agent. He happily helped me through the process of buying my first home.

An easy an smooth process resulting in a quick sale for top asking price . The photography & marketing was spot on also.

We were very impressed with all aspects of Lawrie's work and would have no hesitation in telling people so. If we are in need of an Estate Agent again it would be Lawrie we turned to.

Lawrie is a professional RE agent, responds to every issue we raised , is upfront in his thoughts and honest in his observations and opinion. A great help to us!

We found Lawrie to be very professional and easy to deal with. We would recommend the services of Lawrie to others selling their homes in the Blue Mountains.
