What was looking like a daunting process to sell my home on my own, as a single mother, became one of the easiest and most seamless processes I could ever have dreamt of. Not only did Brad save me money on getting my property on the market, but he also took a great deal of care and helped me obtain a price for my home that I didn't actually think was possible! We met on a Thursday and my house was under offer on the Friday - and now firmly sold - two weeks later. Outside of selling my home, Brad took on what I would call a friendship role and walked me through the purchasing process for my new home, reviewing countless options that I would send for his opinion, and just genuinely keeping me grounded and reassured of any decision I was going to make moving forward.
