Brad embodies everything you could want in a realtor. After a few stressful months of searching and missing out on other properties, I was lucky enough to come across Brad, who sat down with me to listen to my wants, needs and to ask me anything to help him best understand my situation. Not long after this, Brad had worked his magic and he had found me something that instantly ticked all the boxes. Brad's professionalism has been amazing through the entire process, answering phone calls at any time of the day and night to help me as a first home buyer through every question i had for him. Helping not only me but also the seller to work out a great deal for the both of us. I can't thank Brad enough for his efforts in finding me my first home and will forver be greatful for my experience with Brad and harcourts mandurah.

After having met with a few other agents around Mandurah, I was advised to give Brad a call, and I am super glad that I did! What was looking like a daunting process to sell my home on my own, as a single mother, became one of the easiest and most seamless processes I could ever have dreamt of. Not only did Brad save me money on getting my property on the market, but he also took a great deal of care and helped me obtain a price for my home that I didn't actually think was possible! We met on a Thursday and my house was under offer on the Friday - and now firmly sold - two weeks later. Outside of selling my home, Brad took on what I would call a friendship role and walked me through the purchasing process for my new home, reviewing countless options that I would send for his opinion, and just genuinely keeping me grounded and reassured of any decision I was going to make moving forward. With that said - after having my own home under offer within 24 hours, another 48 hours later and I myself was under offer on the purchase of a new home. I couldn't have done any of it without the kindness and expertise of Brad - genuine guy all round! Anyone who has him as a realtor is in GREAT hands!

My experience with Brad was amazing. We had a good rapport nothing was too much trouble. Always advising what was happening. Very knowledgeable when it came to explaining papers to sign. He was unstoppable, I didn’t have any reservations about him he came up with a great presentation and plan to sell my house. When my 1 st offer fell through, he was back on it again and had another under offer the next day. He is amazing. Thank you Brad. 🤩
