Sale took a while to sell due too the buyer, not a problem. Had tenants at the time of the sale which they were coming up to there end lease date, but then i had to pay for a weeks rent and moving costs that i believe i should not have to pay for but to get the sale over the line i had to pay, wasn't happy.
