Leah is the agent that is proactive with engaging us at every inspection we attend. By enquiring and understanding what we were looking for, Leah found us a property - that was not in an area we were looking in but fit our spec perfectly. We really appreciated her proactivity and thinking outside of the square. Instead of just telling us about every property that was open, Leah understood our specific target. In terms of the buying process, Leah was the most patient and helpful agent. She went over and above others to assist us (and the vendor) to make the sale happen. Leah is not pushy which we appreciate, she is however tactful in moving things along. She can answer all questions and those answers she didn't have, her response time in coming back to us was always prompt. We were thrilled to buy a property from Leah and would definitely recommend her for vendors due to her ability to match buyers and knowledge of the area. As a buyer, I would strongly recommend Leah as an agent with whom to maintain contact as we felt she genuinely had us in her mind. She took us seriously and it ended with a sale.
