Leah was a pleasure to deal with from the time we engaged her for a valuation, to settlement. Selling our much loved home was not easy for us, but Leah was supportive throughout the process. Fast sale and great communication. Highly recommend Leah.
Leah was great communicating with, kept us informed of the sale the whole time, sale was smooth
Even though the sale took a considerable amount of time to settle it only occurred because of Leah's perseverance as i gave up several times especially after the first sale fell through. Thanks Chris.
My experience has been very good with Leah, her knowledge of the market with pricing and selling the property selling quickly with no issues.
Leah had great communication through the sale of my property. She gave me honest opinions and shared her knowledge. Leah got what I believe to be top dollar for my property.
Leah used her market knowledge to let me know what to expect, she me what I had in mind and then she negotiated with the purchaser and got me my best offer. The sale went smoothly despite a minor uncertainty with the purchaser. Great communication. Thanks Leah.
After a lifetime of buying and selling Real Estate you come across a lot of Agents. Most of them are pretty good. But then you come across the rare breed who are truly exceptional at what they do. Leah falls into this category. From the first conversation I knew I was in safe hands. Leah really knows what she's doing when it comes to property but what really shines through is her genuine care and concern that you get the very best outcome. I bought a property that needed a lot of work and Leah was there every step of the way with advice, recommendations and referrals to the best people to help me through the process of fixing it and getting it ready for being tenanted. Leah went above and beyond and that's why I'm writing this testimonial. If you want a real pro in your corner, you cant go past Leah. Thanks for everything you did Leah. I really appreciate it.
Leah was great and always followed through with potential buyers to get us the best price in a tough market.
I had no idea what I needed to do after my mum passed away Leah was an absolute gem helped me with every thing and more. Leah went above and beyond her duties to help me if I ever need to sell a house again I will definitely be going back to Leah
