I had a poor experience in Port Augusta where I contacted agents about 5 properties listed on realestate.com.au In each case the properties were no longer available. I was in the town 3 days and had no inspections. In Whyalla some agents did not reply to my enquiries. In Leah's case she knew I was interested in a property and followed up when a sale fell through.
