Overall, my purchasing experience with Ray White Whyalla for 39 Phillips Street was smooth. While price negotiations felt leaned toward the seller — creating some extra overhead with top-ups to our super to reach the price point despite offering a fair market price. A huge shoutout to Claudia in property management for her fantastic communication and support — she made the transition completely stress-free when tenants vacated with a very short period of time and she got a new tenant in no time.
