Needs to improve

Never passed on messages and i went down to the business and they were shut. Never told the tenant my purpose of buying the house she only found out when i contacted her myself to do some maintenance. You never told me a date when the tenant's lease ran out you just said january. So there's a bit of communication improvement that could be done.
