I recommend leah kirk as an agent as she has all the skill sets mentioned above while always keeping you in the know to what is going on. my house was on the market as price by negotiation which is a new way of selling your property. Leah was able to sell my house in about 2 weeks which was awesome. Was very impressed with leah who worked very hard to get the job done.
