There’s alot of agents that wouldn’t go the extra mile like Leana has for us, she’s been super professional aswell as so friendly which has made this whole process much easier. Leana Reynolds belongs on your "A team", and should be the first person you recruit. When I think of Leana, I think of Initiative, drive, lives to her word, commitment, prompt and regular communication, and is does not shy away from the mundane or dirty jobs that need to be done, to not only get the best price but one which is favouring her client, such as proposing and striving for early settlement. I was an interstate investor. Leana approached me (to sell) and I asked her the price range. I said if you can get the top of that range I will sell, well that is exactly what she achieved, with a short settlement date to boot. She removed obstacles such as sloppy tenants impacting opens, removing sub-let tenancies getting the best outcome for all involved. I could not recommend Leana more highly.
