Leann was simply amazing guiding the family through the sale of our Mum’s home. She arranged trades such as painters, flooring, air con repairs, fencing and cleaners to ensure the house presented to its maximum. She was able to identify improvements required to the house and ensure that the buyer would be completely satisfied with their purchase. She was strong and realistic with us on price and still produced a great result for all parties. Leann kept us all up to date with the house prep as well as the sale process. We were happy to only require 2 opens to secure a great buyer at a great price. A lot of credit should go to Leann for presenting the house so well. Leann has sold a couple of houses for me now and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone interested in selling.
