I had a very positive experience working with Leann and her team. Some of the things that were particularly good for me were: Very personal service – Leann is a genuine, down-to-earth lady who is easy to communicate with. Great team of people – professional, friendly and supportive. Quick and efficient – matters were dealt with promptly and professionally. Very thorough – Leann paid attention to the details and made sure things were followed through. Good with IT – she used technology effectively to help make the process easier and more efficient. Excellent interpersonal communication – Leann communicated well with everyone involved. Works well with all stakeholders – she was able to bring people together and keep things moving. Goes above and beyond – Leann was prepared to do more than what was simply expected of her. Excellent problem solver – due to my circumstances at the time, there were some additional challenges. Leann was excellent at finding solutions and taking care of matters that could otherwise have become stressful. I would have no hesitation in recommending Leann and her team. Her professionalism, personal approach and willingness to go above and beyond made a real difference for me.
