We had what seems to be becoming normal in these times of lock down and border closures - an almost totally virtual purchase. The process therefore became reliant on the descriptiveness of Leanne's presentations. And upon her honesty. We had previously withdrawn from negotiations for purchase of a different property after receipt of the draft contract which we discovered contained a number of items the agent had omitted to mention. Leanne's detail was refreshingly welcome. Often once a contract is signed the agent seems to disappear. We mention that Leanne travelled to the property and, with the then owners, made a series of videos explaining most of what she thought the new owner would need to settle in quickly.
