Leanne began her Real Estate career on the Redcliffe Peninsula as a fully Licensed Agent and quickly became a top selling Agent receiving several Top 5 National Sales Awards. She was rewarded within the industry but her real satisfaction came from her clients and the successful outcomes she produced for them, making some life-long friends along the way.
After 5 years Leanne pursued her dream of travel, purchasing a one way ticket to the USA where she bought a 45’ yacht (with limited sailing experience) on which she lived and sailed for over a year. Although having had some renovation and building experience on her own properties, it was during this time that Construction became her new career path working on marine, commercial and residential projects in both the USA and Canada.
Returning to Australia and her 2 grown sons, Leanne (with the help of her sons) continued renovating her own homes for the next couple of years before being drawn to Darwin’s construction boom. It was there she sold and relocated over 100 ex-RAAF houses within the Northern Territory before working as site administrator on the Inpex Gas Plant site at Bladin Point, NT the largest project in Australia at the time. However with a new grandson on the way and after 8 years in Darwin it was time for Leanne to return to her family, Caboolture and Real Estate.
Leanne has a passion for people, property and Real Estate and is all about achieving great outcomes for her clients. With over 30 years of work and life skills together with her ability to listen and understand from the very first meeting Leanne knows what is required to ensure a simple and smooth transaction. Growing up on a cattle property in Kingaroy she has never been afraid to put in the “hard yards” to produce positive results.
