Selling my Unit was not the best feeling in the world. Taking a $6,000 drop in price expectation and then had to replace a very old fan at my expense because I was a clean freak. (tip of fan blade broke) I think Agents need to remember who is paying their Commission and not the purchaser in this instant. Small things can be a significant turn off.
