When I was looking for a unit to buy, I searched Domain website. Over 2 weeks, I left quite a few messages with realtors of properties that interested me. However, not many replied. Ashley replied overnight and picked me up the next day to look at the unit. Immediately, I felt this was the one to buy. He went out of his way to arrange a 2nd viewing that evening with the tenant so my daughter-in-law could come and look to give me a second opinion. He prepared the contract for me to take to my solicitor to check out and made himself available on a Saturday for me to return signed to him. Throughout, he maintained contact with me. End result - I am now the owner of a very lovely unit.
