On behalf of my brother and I, we appreciate the extra efforts Leanne, Troy, Paula and the team at Gardian went to. We were also met with empathy due to this being an estate sale. We were given clear and concise information that helped us to sell the property in 3 1/2 weeks. Our face to face meetings were always done with respect and at our convenience. It can be difficult enough dealing with a loved ones passing and then needing to market their property for sale.

Unfortunately I was told it was a standard contract I was signing, what was not brought to my attention, was the sellers special clause limiting the outcomes of the Building & Pest Inspections. The advice from the Solicitors it was not a clause normally found in a standard contract. It created unnecessary stress in wondering what the seller knew, while I was yet to find out, while waiting on the Building and Pest inspections. Pulled out in the cooling off period, went with a new contract from my solicitors without the sellers special clause, stuck with all the original dates. In the end, what inspections found was not a show stopper. Leanne did maintain contact, and went out of her way for me to do the final inspection on a Sunday prior to the settlement.

Made life easy and I would recommend you. Thanks for all your help

Ours was not a $1m sale. It did not sell quickly. Regardless, Leanne and Troy put in a 100% effort as if we were the most important sellers in the world. We will be asking Leanne to sell our home too when the time comes.
