Over promised and under delivered
My experience with the selling process has not been a great one. From the first day of listing until the final day of settlement I felt like the process was filled with lies and games. To then see my property advertised on your social media page as selling for $490,000.00 when infact it actually sold for $450,000.00 has made my feelings of being lied to even stronger.

Hi Sharon. Thank you for your feedback. We did sell the property at $490,000 (as per the contract price) and had multiple offers for you to consider. It was an incredible campaign that brought a lot of attention to your beautiful property. However, as agents when we are setting new "benchmark" prices in our local area, sometimes there was a gap between what valuers believe the property is worth. Hence you agreed to an adjustment of price through the Solicitors. Apologies for the "human error" and oversight made on socials, which had the contract price. $450,000 was still a record in your complex and we wish you all the best in your next Chapter.
