What you dont get told when selling a house is expect situations you never expected. We faced quite a few challenges both big and small and on going. Despite us being over seas and on different timelines Leanne was always present and helped us when required. I had looked at a number of properties in Cooroy. Drove past this property and rang Leanne. Leanne was a pleasure to deal with unlike some others that I had experienced. She answered the phone calls promptly or returned calls as soon as she was able. I made an appointment to view the property. It suited everything I was looking for in a property. The only issue that I could see was price. Leanne asked what I thought and I told her the price range in mind. She advised the vendor and the rest is history.
