When my wife and I finally were in a position to sell our property we invited several real estate agents to come and appraise the property. They all had various pro's and con's in our eyes but the one who stood out above all of them was Leanne. She turned up on time and had done her homework prior to visiting us and presented a very professional appraisal for us. After inspecting our property she went through what she had prepared and after asking us what we wanted for our property gave us her opinion which was slightly higher than we had estimated. When we decided to use Leanne she came and took photos of the place and as this was at the weekend, the property was not going to be listed until the Monday. We were delighted with the advert on the internet and obviously so were the people who bought the place as they made an offer, site unseen, within an hour of the property being listed. We did not accept the first offer but through Leanne's negotiating skills we had an offer we accepted and substantially more than what we initially expected within a few days. So much so that even after all the fee's and costs that are part of the sale of property we still had more than we originally wanted. Everything after that went very smoothly for us and the settlement went off without a hitch. My wife and I have bought and sold several properties over our lifetime together and had varying experiences with real estate agents good and bad and sometimes downright dishonest. She was honest and never forgot who she was working for as we have found in the past that some real estate agents will try to get the bargain for the buyer rather than the best price for the seller just to make the sale and pick up their commission. For some that's all that matters. We would recommend Leanne to anyone to handle the sale of their property anytime.
