Excellent communicator, very professional, good market knowledge

Leanne was a pleasure to work with from day 1 and always kept us informed of the progress of the house sale. It was a little difficult given the property was a "renovators delight" and this made pricing not so certain. Leanne also arranged cleaning, some repairs and landscaping works as we live interstate so this was a great "value add" service. Leanne had a great knowledge of the market and thoroughly researched comparable recent sales. The house sold within 2 months by private sale and was a good result. We would highly recommend Leanne and really enjoyed her personal warm style.
