I recently bought a house from Leanne and she asked me to do final pre- settlement inspection for me. The Seller has left a lot of stuffs behind but Leanne was working for seller. She mentioned me that seller was moving over seas so only few gardening stuff and few paints left behind. I trusted her but there were more that one skip Bin unwanted items left behind. It will at least cost me $400- $500 to remove.
