If I could give more than 5 stars I would! It was a such an easy, hassle free experience dealing with Bridgette. She kept us informed at all times what was happening in regards to open homes, offers, contracts etc. She would ring me to find out how the sale of our house was going too. She had a great knowledge of the market in the New Beith area. I definitely recommend Bridgette for buying/selling your home.

As a first home buyer Bridgette made the process as smooth as possible, and also went our of her way to even help me with things she wasn't responsible for like insurance and helping with my loan. She come in twice on her day off to help me as well. Was like having a second mum!

Leanne has a warm, motherly personality that immediately puts your mind at ease and will give you honest and straight forward answers. Leanne is approachable, open and friendly and displays a keen willingness to help you as much as she possibly can. She is accommodating, allowing us to view the home after hours and even stayed later than necessary to make sure we were armed with all of the facts and answers we needed as first home buyers. She went above and beyond asking us if there were any questions that we had that she may be able to offer an insight in to. She took care of us as if we were her own children buying a house for the first time, and I think that is so incredibly rare to find in an industry such as real estate. She was helpful in making sure we understood all the jargon, cutting through all of the red tape and made sure we were informed every step of the way. Leanne never once pressured us into making a decision and was always 100% honest in all of her answers to my million and one questions. Although, I have not yet met Bridgette, we did converse over the phone a few times as we were getting documents ready to begin the contract process. Bridgette was also extremely friendly and helpful, and very thorough – she made sure all of my concerns were addressed in a timely manner and answered any other questions I had. I will also add that I really appreciated the fact that the house we purchased was exactly as photographed and described online and in brochures. There were no hidden surprises, no photoshop covering up glaring issues. The charm of the house spoke for itself. Thanks again ladies!

Bridgette is a very vibrant person with lots of ideas to best market my property and keen to put those ideas into practice in line with my privacy and availability to present the house to prospective buyers,I was always kept in the loop with information and suggestions which gave me great confidence that Bridgette would do a good job which she did.
