We found Leanne Harris very professional, help us through everything with ease as the first home we have sold. We would certainly sell again through Page and Pearce as we find their staff helpful and nothing is to much for them help out with. House was sold in a very good time as well.
Leanne inspected the property. We worked through our options. Then we sold it within a week above our target price Excellent job.
We bought a good home with the help from Leanne Harris. We found the process was very good. She assisted us with enquires about the home. Leanne was very helpful and answered all of my questions. We found the process well. I would use Leanne to help again if I buy or sell another property if we ever need to do that.
Leanne was easy to talk to, friendly all the while remaining a professional agent. We were very happy with our dealings with Leeanne and found her to be honest, always there to answer questions and if she was not available would let us know as well as who we could speak to in her absence. Leanne was with us the whole way and kept in contact and shared our excitement too which was a nice touch.
Page & Pearce managed our property for us after our daughter finished university and mived from Townsville. Almost ten years later and have had no problems either renting and when the time came to sell, it was easy as getting a market value appraisal, listing for sale and then selling within a couple of weeks. Highly recomend the P&P team, both property management and sales. A great job well done. Thankyou Leanne.
We are first time buyers through an agency and are very happy that Leanne was our go to. Leanne was extremely flexible and accommodating, her professionalism and knowledge was greatly appreciated. Leanne’s relaxed approach was refreshing.
Leanne worked very quickly to get my property on the market. She did well to sell it in its current aged and less than ideal state. She found a suitable buyer in time which worked out perfectly as I was unable to be in location for the sale.
Leanne did a great job selling my unit for a good price in a short timeframe. As an interstate vendor I needed eyes and ears on the ground which is what I got.
Leanne was very professional and persistent in difficult circumstances because of the uncertainty in the market place caused by fluctuating economic factors, impact of covid and political uncertainty.
Absolutely wonderful! Couldn’t be happier with the service that Leanne has provided. From start to finish, she has been exceptional! Would definitely recommend to everyone and anyone!
This was my first experience selling my home, daunting to begin with but Leanne was extremely helpful, she answered all of my questions and made the process feel easy. Thank you for all the hard work Leanne!
Leanne was obviously very knowledgeable about the market as our house sold very quickly. She was very helpful every step of the way and made things very easy for us. Would very much recommend
