I have had Leanne as my agent on two occasions once as a buyer and once as a seller. One both occasions I have found her to be a straight talker (No flowerer sales clatter) and is also a good listener. (She remembers the verbal information her client gives her). Without snowballing or railroading she helps her client clarify their thinking. My first dealing with Leanne was as a buyer and she secured the right property for us at below asking price. After much repair and renovation on the property and then the death of my partner; I chose Leanne as my agent to sell and she secured the asking price for me.
