Firstly we listed our home for sale with Purple Bricks and we were overall disappointed with their promises. It had been on the market for approx 3 months with no interest or offers from anyone! In the meantime, were also looking for a property to buy with the view to our home selling and we went to inspect a house on Nicklin Way Wurtulla that Leanne was marketing. We felt that she was an open and honest agent and we explained our situation and asked if she was interested in giving us an appraisal. She was more than happy to assist us and contacted the Agent at Purple Bricks to work out a solution which was done by placing a hold on their marketing m=campaign at their agreed time. From then on Leanne went out of her way to sell our property as quickly as possible which was required and she achieved this and offered compensation by reducing her commission of the property. We were extremely happy with Leanne and nothing was ever too much trouble at any time and we had confidence in her from the very start!
