Leanne King was out agent for the sale of our apartment in Leeward. She knew her markets, what other apartments were selling for, what facilities and amenities they had, and could advise us on the likelihood of obtaining the price we wanted. She was persistent in finding possible clients to show the apartment, and at liasing with both the tenant to encourage co-operation from him, and the property manager to ensure the exterior that was unkempt by the tenant, was tidy and clean. Leanne was practical.
