Leanne Nehme and her amazing team worked tirelessly and in a difficult market to achieve a very good outcome on a pretty unique property and in a declining market. Even though the market forces were not kind, Leanne was able to see the value of the property that we had for sale and realised the difficulty in getting council approval for its particular use. Leanne met with a large number of prospective buyers and managed to negotiate with the most qualified buyer to finally reach a sale. Although the market was incredibly slow and the types of buyers that would be interested where scarce, it took some time to finally get there and Leanne inforned us of the progress at regular intervals. At no time ever did she make excuses about how difficult the market was and how specialized the use of the building was that was being sold. She was delightful, pleasant, professional and very knowledgeable. I cannot say that it was an easy sale. We started out with a failed auction that unfortunately for us was timed near an election and a big upheaval in the banking sector with loan approvals being extremely difficult. We got some ridiculous crazy low offers at the auction and I must say how professional Leanne was. She didn't even try and get us to negotiate with these people as it would have gone nowhere. Gradually, after the election things kind of settled down and Leannes quiet dilligent hard working nature pulled through. There were 2 interested parties and Leanne sounded them out very carefully and one looked like they were going to waste alot of everyones time. I was shocked that when the buyer signed up we had only 10 days to settle the property and move any remaining equipment out. Overall I must say how professional Leanne was. Her commitment and drive to get the job done is incredible. This was no easy sale. The property was unique. Qualified buyers where thin on the ground. The market was going backwards. Cant thank Leanne enough!!
