We decided that it was time to sell our investment home in Loganlea as we were thinking about our early retirement. After a quick chat with our rental management she recommended Leanne Smith. We met with Leanne at a relaxed environment with that being a coffee shop and were immediately at ease with her. She asked us what our expectations were and then proceeded to explain everything that she planned to do. Leaving that first meeting we were feeling that we had made the right move in deciding to sell. Leanne looked after everything. We have sold a few house over our time but this sale was without doubt the least stressful that we have been thought. We had a Tenant that should have been more helpful but turned out to be a bit hostile. Luckily we had Leanne who worked with her and was able to get great photos and arrange times and dates for the " Open House". Leanne was able to get some good enquiries on the first viewing and within the next week and a half we had a firm offer. The offer was accepted by us and we went into the settlement period. Leanne kept in touch with us right up to the settlement date and even after the sale had finalised. I believe that she even went to the settlement to make sure everything was in order.
