The photographs, video and marketing write up of my property were quite simply; fabulous. I had two contracts offered within 36 hours of going on the market and as a result of maintaining open for inspections, a further two Expressions of Interest were offered in case the chosen contract fell through - It didnt! We thought we had a tall order to ask of Leanne in selling our place, not that the property wasn't amazing but due to depressed market conditions and some body corporate matters. However, I have no hesitation in stating that Leanne delivered on all fronts. She was honest, communicated regularly with us and a master negotiator. We sold our property within two weeks of it being listed and for a price not too dissimilar to our upfront number plus a longer settlement to capture peak period rentals.
