The first offer I got was so low. I said I wanted more I didn’t want to give it away. I actually found the buyer she didn’t and I live in Interstate but she got the commission.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review, and I am glad to hear that you found me approachable and readily available.
However, I was quite shocked to hear that you wouldn’t recommend me as an agent as I was under the impression that you were pleased with my service and the outcome I was able to procure.
As evidenced by previous reviews, I always strive to provide the best possible service for all of my clients, so I apologise if you feel your experience has fallen short.
Regarding the first offer we received, I am required by law to submit all offers, which the seller then has the right to refuse.
Regarding the buyer, it is my understanding that whilst you did have a peripheral connection to the buyer, he was drawn to the property by my marketing - from there I drove the process of showing, negotiating, and completing the contract.
I certainly welcome the opportunity to address your concerns and amend this situation where possible.
