There were multiple challenges we were dealing with while trying to find the ideal home for my elderly mum who'd been in the same house for over 40 years, so it was a very difficult and emotional time for us. Leanne was always so patient and kind. I never thought I'd describe a real estate agent like that, but she wasn't what I had expected. Leanne was more like a friendly neighbour, who just happens to know a lot of stuff about buying and selling houses. And yet she was always up front, honest and professional. Leanne constantly kept us informed every step of the way. We were never in the dark. She walked us through what seemed like an overwhelming process. Mum says "She is a beautiful lady.
