Quick to put on the market. Negotiated and prepared contract of sale without providing a copy to the seller for them to review first, she issued it straight to the interested party. Felt pressured to accept the first offer. Interfered in discussions that were to be had with our conveyancer and that she was not involved in. Frequently pushed the buyers wants rather than accepting our preference to communicate with the buyers through our conveyancer. Made statements to the buyer that did not represent the vendor.

Feeling very disappointed to receive this feedback especially when my professionalism is questioned.
We listed the home at your request and you provided the timeline - You asked for offers and the conditions to be sent via email/sms rather than meeting with me in person. The buyers requested a copy of the floorplan which you refused to supply.
We negotiated a longer settlement to suit your needs and your home sold over asking price. I asked you if you would like me to organise another open home, and you messaged me to say "We're happy to accept the offer"
I understand while every client/s have different needs, wants and expectations, and we cant please everyone all the time. It would be foolish of me to expect 5 star reviews 100% of the time as we are only human, but I feel you have provided a review that is very missleading and inaccurate.
