Lear is a true gentleman.... called for a property that had already been under offer and said if it fell threw to please contact me. Lear kept to his word and called us straight away when the property fell threw. Through out the whole process he was straight forward and honest we never felt we were not in the loop even when there was a little issue with the property he was straight onto getting it fixed. he was happy, pleasant and realistic I have dealt with real estate agents a lot in person and business life and would recommend Lear as one of the nicest down to earth you will meet I wish him success in selling and sure we will cross paths again.... thanks Lear
