I am really pleased I found Avenue One's (Lear's) promotional material in my letterbox, it prompted me to give him a call along with other agents to discuss the sale of my property. Anyway, long story short, following his recommendations and joint strategy, the house sold in 3 days (under offer) at a very good price. However, on inspection, the 1928 house I was selling had some structural safety issues that required skilled negotiation on Lear's behalf between the buyer and the seller. It also meant he liaised with builders and structural engineers all of which tasks were performed with aplomb. So I believe Lear earn't his money and he did a great job and I have no hesitation in suggesting you, at least give him a call and hear what he has to say if you are thinking about selling or buying a property. - Mal Emery
