We rarely write reviews in most things unless we feel strongly either way, but in this instance, it is all positive! As life itself will throw in its little challenges, the time came when our grandmother required further assistance and a decision was made for her to move to aged care. During this difficult time of transition, it became apparent that her townhouse will need to be sold. Our grandmother’s townhouse was not in our familiar ‘territory’ so one of the many decisions being made at the time was to find that `agent’ we felt we could rely on, be accessible and trust in achieving the result that we were hoping for. From the onset we found her to be incredibly diligent in returning calls and promptly providing information to us with any queries we made and this was done with a super positive attitude which became all the more prevalent as we moved through the COVID19 environment, which was unfolding at its peak. This was not an ideal time to be selling. However, our concerns would be quashed as the townhouse would be under contract the day before going to market with a record price! The teamwork attitude at David Deane ultimately gave us this result which we could only have dreamed of.
