Lee-Anne was absolutely lovely, I think the sellers made her job harder by sticking firm on price, however she did manage to negotiate some extras into the sale, even when the seller changed their mind. As my purchase included an investment property and Lee-Anne helped me with managing this property through her agent and explained the process to me. The Market knowledge score is based more on me only looking at one property.
