The sale did not go through without its troubles. Lee-Anne was very helpful and communication was amazing at the start. I found once the contract was signed we were not informed about certain items that would need to have been done before settlement and only brought to our attention a few days prior. I feel her knowledge as a real estate agent would have kept us informed. I didn’t hear from Lee Anne confirming settlement or after. I would like to say that the sale was not stressful, but trying to find a smoke alarm guy, 2 days before settlement was very stressful. I sold this house for my dad as he couldn’t and acting as solo EPOA. Thanks CW

Thanks Christie 😊 As advised the legal procedures and expectations such as fire alarms are explained to clients through their solicitors. Unfortunately you were never available to take calls from me due to your nightshifts. Also the handing over of all the keys prior to settlement should not have been a surprise to you?. My sincere apologies for not contacting you at the time of settlement - but I was still CLEANING the property on your behalf for the new elderly purchasers.
