We have engaged Lee as agent a few times now and every occasion has resulted in a sale within a relatively short period and at a price we were comfortable with and felt was the fair market price. Lee was not afraid to test the market for a good sale price and also helpful when and adjustment was needed. I loved his enthusiasm and calm and systematic process. After we received our contract he continued to do open homes to ensure if things did not proceed we still had other options. I do not give many reviews and I am quite fussy. Lee was very professional at all times. He contacted us after every open house by phone and discussed what was happening with our property. A death in the family complicated things a bit but Lee was still able to manage the sale of our property in what we felt was a shot time lapse, and the buyers were very understanding in regards to this as there were some complications.
