Right at the start the team was very responsive to our requests and queries. We had some idea of the value of our property but Lee was optimistic in trying get more for us. The team made some suggestions for upgrade which were economical but effective. Eventually the property was put up for a higher price than we expected with the upgrades. The property was sold within 2 or 3 weeks reaching near our top estimate. Lee & her team constantly kept us up to date with the negotiations.
