Let me introduce myself and share with you my real estate experience and philosophies.
My name is Lee Di Giovine Licensed Estate Agent CEA, REIV, Sales Manager, Vermont Office.
I started my real estate career in residential and rural residential land development, sales and marketing over 30 years ago and have specialised in City of Whitehorse residential real estate since 1987, particularly in the suburbs of Vermont, Vermont South and Mitcham.
I have seen many changes in the real estate market but there has been no change in my attitude of wanting to see the very best outcomes for everyone I deal with. Living locally, my philosophies in work and social life are as simple as ‘making people happy’ and ‘sharing good times with family and friends’.
I understand just how stressful buying and selling property may seem to be, my aim is to minimise these stresses through clear communication and careful attention to detail, procedure and a dedication to client service.
As a fully Licensed Estate Agent and a member of the Real Estate Institute of Victoria, I continue my professional development through further education and by keeping up to date with technological and legislative changes together with real estate best practice guidelines.
