Born in Moree and raised on a rural property in Mungindi, Lee Doran has a genuine, lifelong
connection to agriculture and rural living. This hands-on background gives him a practical
understanding of the land, the challenges faced by producers, and the factors that drive value
in rural property.
After completing his education at Downlands College, Lee built his early career working
across a range of agricultural properties in the Moree region. In 1999, he returned home to
manage his family’s farming operation, producing wheat, chickpeas and running cattle. Over
more than a decade, he developed a strong understanding of farm management, seasonal
conditions and market dynamics.
In 2011, Lee and his family relocated to Toowoomba, where he continued his involvement in
the rural sector through roles with Elders, Nidera (COFCO) and QLD Cotton. This
experience further strengthened his industry knowledge, networks and insight into the
agricultural market.
Being part of the Ray White Rural Toowoomba team, Lee combines his deep agricultural
background with a straightforward, results-driven approach to real estate. Known for his
honest advice, strong work ethic and clear communication, he works closely with clients to
achieve the best possible outcome.
Whether selling rural properties, lifestyle properties or strategic landholdings, Lee is
committed to delivering a professional and reliable service, ensuring his clients feel informed,
supported and confident throughout the entire process.
