Straight shooter, explained everything thoroughly

Lee was great, very helpful and was able to give us flexible options for putting a deposit down. He wasn't pushy but was consistent with his follow up and very understanding and supportive of our individual situation. He also had a very thorough understanding of his seller's needs, the surrounding area and explained the bidding process in simple terms. Only downside was that he didn't know what a deposit bond was but I think that's less a reflection on him and more a reflection of standard practice in TAS vs the mainland; we are in ACT. Overall I would highly recommend him.
